i think the narrative is successful to some extent as there is a clear and easy to follow storyline. It includes all aspects of todorov's theory but it is boring.

I think the middle and end sections of the narrative are effective because you can follow what is happening, however the start is not clear - it doesn't seem to follow what is happening in the later part of the film and doesn't seem to link to it

I believe the narrative is quite successful, it has the equilibrium where the spy gets the coin, the inciting incident when he spends the coin in a vending machine, the disequilibrium of the spy trying to get the coin back. and eventually getting it back but after putting it in the van accidentally causing it to explode. However there is no new equilibrium to the narrative.

you can follow whats happening when the spy is trying to get the coin back. It is successful because its got quite a clear storyline as it follows todorovs theory.

I think that it is successful because it simple to apply to todorov’s theory of equilibrium and follows a 3 act structure.

The Equilibrium is when the spy is getting paper work, isn't necessarily working or anything he then finds something that piques his interest. The inciting incident is when the microwave reactivates the coin, so he tries to find him and begins following him, wanting to kill him. The disequilibrium is when he tries to get the coin back, and keeps on trying but some how guy always manages to avoid him or get away. The resolution is having the van blow up from the coin causing it to explode, but it doesn't end without a new story so the new equilibrium is not present.

the equilibrium on the clip sky vs gut is that there is a person who gets a 20 pence coin. The inciting incident is that he spends the coin on a can of orange soda. In act 2 the spy is searching for the coin however when he does the van and the 20 pence is destroyed. The narrative is not very successful does link with todorovs theory

i think the narrative was succesfull because he uses the structure of trodorovs theory he shoots the man to get the coin and then it back fires because he uses to coin to buy a drink so it was pointless
