Today you have started to draft your newspaper cover stories ready to be included in the newspaper cover that you will be producing next week. The principle of the "Inverted Pyramid" opposite is an important one to remember when writing news stories as most people will not read the article in full and need to get most of the information from the first few paragraphs.
Remember that for story 1 you will need a headline, a photo, a caption for the photo and 3-4 paragraphs of the news story - it does not need to be completed as you may choose to use a go to line. Story 2 requires a headline, a photo, a caption and a go to line. Story 3 only requires a headline and a go to line.
